We typically respond to emails within 30 minutes or up to an hour during regular business hours. We also monitor and respond to all emails on weekends and holidays; however, our response time may vary during off hours.

If you wish to speak with us over the phone, we are available Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST and can be reached at 801-251-6046 during those hours.

In cases of emergency, we can be available via phone on off hours. You can send us an email or leave us a voicemail describing your emergency and your best contact phone number and we will be happy to jump on a call to assist in cases of emergency.
