What if my vehicle is owned by an entity or trust?

If your title has a business name or trust listed as the owner, you will want to click the "Add an entity/trust" link under the seller section of the deal. The authorized signer of the entity or trust must also be the DealNow account holder so we can properly populate the bill of sale that can be e-signed at the time of closing.

Be sure to list the business name exactly how you see it on your title. You will also need to enter the title of the authorized signer within the entity or trust. For example, manager, trustee, or CEO, etc.

Once you fill out this section correctly, the bill of sale will populate accurately with the provided details at the time of closing.
