How to deposit an eCheck

TIP:  Works best with mobile deposit! Some tellers at your bank may not be familiar with printed checks.

Our eCheck solution is equivalent to receiving a cashiers check due to the money immediately getting allocated to that specific check number at the time the deal is closed.

These checks also include positive pay insurance which can sometimes add a 3 hour delay before being able to deposit it into the sellers bank account.  If you try to deposit the check within 3 hours of the deal closing and see an error message, don't worry your funds are safe, you simply need to wait the 3 hour period before attempting to deposit it again.

Step #1:

Click the blue "Download/Print" button

Step #2:

Print this check on a normal printer and normal printer paper.

Step #3:

Carefully cut the outline of the printed check so you have a front and back portion.

Sign the back portion of the check before depositing.

Step #4:

Your Printed Check can now be deposited via mobile deposit:

  • Open your mobile banking app and find the mobile deposit feature to Deposit a Check. Follow the instructions to mobile deposit the check.
