Trouble Shooting Co-seller Workflow

If you don’t see the identity verification page (like the screenshot below) and instead see a full dealership account dashboard, it usually means you are still logged into your account or someone else's account.


When this happens, the software skips the co-seller documents and takes you directly to the dashboard.


To fix this:

  1. Log out of the current account.
  2. Go back to the invitation link.
  3. Click the link again.

This will open the correct page so you can complete the co-seller verification and signing process.
