Lease Payoff Support
Buying a vehicle that's still leased? DealNow now walks you and the seller through the entire lease payoff — seller consent, payoff details, and title delivery — step-by-step inside the deal, so you can handle the whole thing without coordinating off-platform.
Where to find it: Kicks in automatically when the seller indicates the vehicle has an active lease.
Ship Titles Directly Through DealNow
Titles can now be shipped via USPS right from a deal. The seller receives a prepaid shipping label and you get full tracking from print to delivery — so you always know where the title is.
Where to find it: Available after closing, under the Title step of the deal.
Auto-Match Payoff Details
Upload a 10-day payoff letter on a loan or lease deal, and DealNow reads the document and prefills what it can for you — so you're not keying every field in by hand. Fields we'll try to auto-match:
- Good-until date
- Payoff amount
- Per diem
- Lienholder / bank name and address
Review what we pulled, tweak anything that needs a correction, and move on.
Where to find it: The Loan Payoff or Lease Payoff page, right after you upload the 10-day payoff document.
Pay Closing Fees from Your Wallet
Set your Dpay wallet as a payment method in account settings and closing fees come straight out of your wallet — no ACH delay, no card fees.
Where to find it: Account Settings → Payment Methods → add your Dpay wallet.

We've surfaced more about the other party in each deal, including when they last logged in. You'll know whether the seller is actively engaged before you reach out — so you can focus your follow-ups where they'll land.
Where to find it: The Deal page — look for the activity indicator next to the other party's name.

Track Loan Payments at a Glance
The Loan Status modal now surfaces check copies, tracking info, and whether payments have been cashed — all in one place. Skip the email thread; check the status in the deal.
Where to find it: "Loan Status" button on any deal with an active payoff.
Faster across the board
Performance improvements behind the scenes. Pages load quicker and the app feels snappier overall — you shouldn't need to do anything to benefit.
Smarter bank matching on loans
We've improved how bank names are matched during the loan process. Fewer hiccups and smoother transactions when payoffs are involved.
Fresh new signing experience
We've redesigned the signature flow to be cleaner and easier to use. Signing documents during a deal is now smoother than ever — for both you and the seller.
Edit offer price on the invite page
When you send a DealNow invite, the offer price can now be edited right on the landing page. Gives you more flexibility mid-negotiation without having to resend the invite.
Search the marketplace by branded title
Filter directly for branded-title vehicles on the marketplace so you can find the inventory you want faster.
